• Booking: Services can be booked through our website, by phone, or via email. A free consultation may be required for some services.

• Payment: Payments for services are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment through various methods, including credit cards and other payment systems as indicated at the time of booking.

• Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule services with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. If cancellation is made within less than 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply.

• Provide accurate information when booking services, including any special requests or details relevant to the cleaning job.

• Ensure that the area to be cleaned is accessible and safe for our cleaning professionals to work in.

• Notify us of any pets, allergies, or special requirements prior to the service.

• Ensure payment is made in full at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Shands Cleaning Services will make reasonable efforts to ensure that services are provided professionally and in a timely manner. However, we cannot be held responsible for:

• Damage to items not identified prior to the cleaning service.

• Issues related to pre-existing conditions such as excessive dirt, pet hair, or stains that may not be fully removed with a standard cleaning.

• Any injury, damage, or loss that occurs due to the client’s failure to properly disclose relevant information (e.g., allergies, sensitive items) prior to the service.
