  • Payment: Payments for services are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment through various methods, including credit cards and other payment systems as indicated at the time of booking.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule services with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. If cancellation is made within less than 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply.

Shands Cleaning Services will make reasonable efforts to ensure that services are provided professionally and in a timely manner. However, we cannot be held responsible for:

  • Damage to items not identified prior to the cleaning service.

  • Issues related to pre-existing conditions such as excessive dirt, pet hair, or stains that may not be fully removed with a standard cleaning.

  • Any injury, damage, or loss that occurs due to the client’s failure to properly disclose relevant information (e.g., allergies, sensitive items) prior to the service.
